Avian Flu Information

Avian Flu, H5N1, is not yet present in Southern California. For more information on the Avian Flu visit the National Wildlife Health Center


Hantavirus Information

Hantavirus is an infectious zoonotic disease that is currently present in Southern California. 

Due to the presence of this virus, Project Wildlife is not accepting the vector species of this disease.  You may still bring us the injured or orphaned animal for humane euthanasia.
